Dreaming about the Love of our Life
The love of our life may be ourselves, a partner of the same or opposite sex, or more than one partner.
Whether we are in an intimate relationship with someone or not, we may experience many of the same patterns in our lives. When we are single, we may yearn to meet the love of our life and yet, when we are with someone, we often wish for more solitude or dream about another partner or experience recurring conflicts and relationship issues.
This workshop provides a safe space to uncover new insights and learn new skills, both personal and professional to deepen our relationships and our work - whether you're single or partnered; familiar or new to Process Work; a practicing therapist or a student; or interested in awareness and change.
Dealing with freedom and commitment issues, conflicting needs, not feeling understood, appreciated or acknowledged can be challenging at times.
Meeting together over this weekend workshop we will explore these topics using Process Work theory, inner work and practical exercises to;
- deepen our relationships with ourselves, allowing us to connect more openly with others;
- learn easy step by step skills to work with relationship conflicts and discover how we get in and out of trouble;
- explore issues of freedom and commitment, belonging and disconnection;
- discover what really attracts and flirts with us;
- unfold relationship and spiritual connections.

Process Work
Process Work is an innovative approach to individual and collective change that brings psychology, group dynamics, spirituality, and creative expression together in a single paradigm. An offshoot of Jungian psychology, Process Work was developed in the 1970s by Jungian analyst, Dr Arnold Mindell.
He began to research illness as a meaningful expression of the unconscious mind, discovering that this manifests not only in night time dreams but also in physical symptoms, relationship difficulties, addictions, death and dying, depression, anxiety and social tensions. Process Work is an innovative, 'awareness-based' approach to individual and collective change.

Saturday, 15th May.

Whether we are in an intimate relationship with someone or not, we may experience many of the same aspects in our lives.
When we are single, we are often in the 'high dream' of meeting the love of our life and yet, when we are together with someone, we often wish for solitude or dream about another partner or experience recycling conflicts and relationship issues.
We look for sharing and belonging and feel lonely and disconnected.
We search outside of ourselves for completion, yet when we feel happy inside by ourselves, we still yearn for intimate conversation and challenge, nurture, comfort and physical closeness. Dealing with freedom and commitment issues, conflicting needs, not feeling understood, acknowledged or appreciated are regular occurrences in many situations.
Meeting together on this one day workshop, we will explore these topics using Process Psychology theory, inner work and practical exercises and methods to;

Learn communication skills to deal with relationship conflicts and discover how we 'get in and out of trouble'!
Explore freedom and commitment issues.

Emotional Swings and Roundabouts
Transforming Our Emotions with Sherry Marshall
'When we let go, and Support everything in ourselves, We become who We really are.'
We would like to feel happy but often our emotions swing up and down and round and round. Sometimes we wake up in a 'bad' or grumpy mood, or feel low and depressed and anxious. At times we can become stressed and fearful and overwhelmed. Or we feel worried or angry or guilty. We often wish that we didn't feel this way and just want the feelings to go away!
In this workshop, the goals and learning outcomes are to use Process Psychology theory and methods through inner work, exercises, discussion and practice to:
- Understand the history, habit and patterns of our emotional life.
- Develop more inner freedom and fluidity to deal with our moods.
- Learn to work with our 'high and low dreams' resulting in not getting 'stuck' in mood states.
- Creatively explore the deeper essence of emotions, rather than marginalise them, discover their meaning and transform them.
- Compare and contrast practical tips on how to change our mood and go more with the flow, from Process Psychology, Mindfulness and Buddhist practice and Solution Based Psychology.
This workshop is open to everyone. Places are limited, so please book early.
(Enrolled students and Graduates of PW. Certificate will receive extra training)
The Opportunity of Change.
Awareness and Action for a New Time
'The Transience of Change in Life, like the impermanence of the Cherry blossom, can fill us with delight and joy. The fleeting sadness of loss, as the exquisite flowers drift gently to the ground, dissolves, as new patterns are formed, so there is no reason to be fearful. Rather, this is a time for progression and beauty.'
Everything is always changing. It is inevitable. This workshop offers a conceptual framework and practical skills and methods on how we react or deal with change in ourselves, in our relationships, or at work. We will explore our 'high and low dreams' and how they reflect our hopes and also our fears.
In this extraordinary time, coming together to discover and process how we react to change and how to use it creatively, can be a rewarding and enriching experience. Using our deeper awareness, we will unfold what is truly important to us, and what our heartfelt and essential belief systems and values are and how they can help us. Use change in an inspirational way, to act differently and transform difficulties into opportunities.
The goals and learning outcomes are to use Process Oriented Psychology theory and methods through inner work, exercises, discussion and practice to;
- Explore skills to follow the deeper dreaming of your life and work directions by learning to follow your own intuition or inner signals, dream work and direction work.
- Learn how to work with and find meaning and therefore transform fear and negativity, 'the low dream', into a 'high dream', which enables you to change your perception and overcome challenges.
- Discover how to express your unique voice, style and skills, by learning and creating resolution skills and maintain your confidence, competence, motivation and inspiration.
- Change your attitude to change, by using 'not knowing as a path' to identify what stops you taking your 'next step' and thereby, transform uncertainty, worry and anxiety into meaningful solutions.

LIVING NOW
THE GIFT OF THE PRESENT
Develop Stillness in Action to Transform Our Lives With Sherry Marshall
In these 5 evenings we will explore, through theory, meditation practice, reflection and discussion;
Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Practice
This ancient meditation technique helps us to calm down, relax and release our stress. We slow down our thoughts and focus on each moment, enabling us to reach clarity and spaciousness of the mind, thus achieving our goals faster.
Walking Meditation
Meditation in Action shows us how to stay concentrated and focussed as part of daily life.
Vipassana Meditation
Awareness is the key to making successful changes in our life. Vipassana allows us to develop more awareness of what is happening in our minds and emotions, and therefore helps us to intervene in our habitual patterns and make changes.
Compassion in Action
We will explore different visualisations from Buddhism, to open our hearts more, to develop love and use compassion in action.
The Effects of Mantra and Chanting
Developing Peace, Tranquillity and Altered States of Mind through simple techniques of using mantra.
